We’ll touch on everything from physiology to food labels, and I’ll provide tools, tasty samples, scrumptious recipe ideas and the nuts-and-bolts that will prepare and equip you to undertake the 21-Day Sugar Detox.
Whatever your level of participation, the primary goal will be to increase awareness of: your body, the sources of hidden sugars in your diet, and of whole food solutions to a healthier, more sane and productive YOU.
